Elizabeth was the daughter of Simeon Tucker who was also a member of the First. Elizabeth and Franklin had three children: Mary Ann, born 23 September 1858, died 10 Amrch 1930; William Simeon, born 10 April 1861, died 7 August 1949; and Mary Priscilla, born 24 May 1864, died 18 March 1911.
